Technical characteristics of column cranes

Structure and Configuration

The column cranes have a self-supporting configuration that includes:

  • Vertical support column in high-strength steel
  • Horizontal swivel arm with rotation up to 270°-300°
  • Sliding trolley with integrated electric hoist
  • Anchoring base by means of plinth or chemical dowels

They can also take on different configurations:

  • With a stretched arm, lighter and suitable for medium-high loads.
  • With cantilever arm, ideal in environments with low ceilings, because it allows greater useful height of the hook.
  • With articulated arm, to circumvent pillars or machinery.
  • With telescopic arm, to vary the arm according to operational needs.
  • With two arms on a single column, to serve multiple stations simultaneously

The rotation can be manual for light loads or motorized with inverter control for precise and tear-free movements.
